Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I am finally back to the blogging world and feel so far behind. I wanted to blog about some art work we did before Christmas so I have it here to look at next year! I was so excited about how the art turned out! I apologize now for the sideways pictures, I do not know how to turn them horizontal. I am assuming it is just the way I took the picture - sorry about that!!! Anyway most all these pictures were done using the children's hand or fingers!! Most of the hand and finger paint ideas I got from two blogs:
The Ramblings of a Crazy Woman and
Just For Fun! Thank you for the great ideas ladies!!!!!

Hand and foot reindeer made out of paper:

Santa and Reindeer are all thumb prints!:

Thumb print Christmas lights:

Thumb print Snowmen:

Emma made another snowman out of a toilet paper roll. She stuck a popsicle stick through for the arms, the hat is a baby sock with a cotton ball on the end and a paper snowflake glued on. She drew the face using felt pens and the scarf and mittens are made out of felt! She added cotton balls and silver sparkles for the snow!! Great job Emma!!:0)

Here is the snowman I helped make. Jessica the little girl I look after painted the toilet paper roll then coloured it a little when it was dry and coloured the popsicle stick - I added the rest!

For a Christmas present I made Roy this tree ornament and picture!! It was so much fun! I got the elf idea from the blog
On That Note! Thank you Tanja!!:0)

These next pictures are of the other little girl I look after and some of the gifts for her parents. Again I used her hands for the pictures:

A handprint wreath made out of paper hands:

It is hard to see but there are white handprints for the angel wings, then I added silver glitter glue and a silver pipe cleaner:

I just thought this was a fun picture so I turned it into a snowman!!heehee
